Field Notes from a Fungi Forager Giveaway Official Rules

ELIGIBILITY:
The Field Notes from a Fungi Forager Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years of age or older as of the time of entry. Employees of Sasquatch Books, Blue Star Press LLC, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, and children) and those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, participants must complete the following steps during the Entry Period:
- Like the official giveaway post on Instagram.
- Follow [@SasquatchBooks], [@LibbyEngland], and [@Ashrod] on Instagram.
- Comment on the giveaway post with your favorite mushroom and tag a friend you’d like to share this prize with.
Multiple entries are allowed, but each comment must tag a different friend. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter.
ENTRY PERIOD:
The Giveaway begins at October 18th and ends at 12:00 PM PST on October 25, 2024 (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
PRIZE:
One (1) winner will receive the following prize:
- One (1) “Magic Mushrooms – Botanical Art Print” by Libby England, valued at CA$28.74.
- WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:
One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on or about 3:00 PM PST on October 25, 2024. The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message (DM). The selected winner must respond to the notification within 48 hours to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner will be selected.GENERAL CONDITIONS:
By entering, participants agree to:- Be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
- Release Instagram from any and all liability associated with this Giveaway.
- Acknowledge that this Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
Sasquatch Books, Blue Star Press LLC, and Instagram are not responsible for:- Any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway.
- Any technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software.
PRIVACY:
Any personal information collected from participants will only be used for the purposes of administering this Giveaway and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
